At Static Sips, we take great pride in the quality and craft of our beverages. Because our products are perishable food items, we have established the following policy:

1. Returns

Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any beverage products once they have been delivered. This ensures the integrity and safety of the supply chain for all our customers.

2. Damaged or Missing Items

We want you to enjoy your sips in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., leaking cans, broken seals) or if items are missing:

  • Please contact us at hello@staticsips.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging/product.

  • We will gladly issue a replacement or a refund for the affected items.

3. Taste Preference

While we hope you love our formula, we cannot offer refunds based on personal taste preferences. If you are a first-time customer, we recommend starting with a variety pack or a single case to find your favorite flavor.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved for damaged goods, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
