Shipping & Delivery Terms
1. Processing Times
All Static Sips orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., a new flavor launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier volume.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages
Static Sips is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Please double-check your shipping info! If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," we will refund the cost of the product, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim (refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to contact us).
